Hi I was redirected by the spotify.ac administrator over here. Vouch for the amazing service. I have been using the service for over a year. However I am being refused for the replacement when I asked for one yesterday. I have never made any claims until now and stating the fact that you claim lifetime upgrade I feel cheated in a way. I was told that the team has changed and how they had revamped the entire v3 and the costs that you had to pay for the upgrade. My only problem is when a customer buys any service from you we expect the service we paid for not the excuses. Anyways I came here to get some help as I was told to contact @Ardyn. I bought YouTube premium for 1 year and it only lasted ~2 months made a ticket and sent email and no response for over a week

Brought subscription for Netflix yesterday, account was dead the moment i brought, contacted support 2 tickets no answer till now. Cannot ask for support in telegram channe, support is very slow and yet my Netflix is not fixed. Atleast please reply the tickets!!

Is this website total fraud or are the staff not active anymore? It has been 3 days now, I purchased an account, the account was dead, I tried to apply for a reset, and it doesn't work. Opened 4 tickets till now and no reply to any single one of them.

Did a very big mistake making the purchase, the problem is the staff and admin are busy enjoying new year, and there is no way to contact them, they have not allowed members to chat in discord server, telegram, just created a group on both and advertise new products and nothing else. 

Atleast, they should stay online or hire someone to stay online and reply.
