He's simply checking if the guns that are required for damascus have the required amount of kills on them. He may be using headshots but it's probably kills. This shit isn't private, anyone with half a brain knows what guns to search for, and how many kills are needed on these guns for Damascus. Most people go for the launchers, combat knife, and riot shield. And maybe a couple pistols for the added accuracy.
