Supreme [Community Alert] Deal with caution when dealing with @Evolot

@Evolot has been very unpleasant to work with. He's been giving me false promises for several days now, and each time he has come up with an excuse.
When I told him I have canceled the deal between us, he then blackmailed/threatened me to open a scam report and said he would force me to pay "Evolot Exclusive prices" for the designs.


If anyone actually cares to read and see proof in detail, here it is:
 I contacted him because I saw another design that he did, and I liked it.
I did my research and found out he had a lot of issues with delivering work, and solving several scam reports on him in the absolute last minute.

I told him that I'd pass on the deal we made and would wait for a while until I decide to deal with him or not.

This was all on the 11th, he said he will start working on the designs after 30 hours and complete in 4-5 days.

I sent him all details the next day, and the day after that I sent even more details - He didn't even read those, so I waited until 14th and asked if he
had started working on the designs. - I asked this because I found another designer that had much better communication, and if he didn't start the designs
then we could simply just cancel the deal without any harm to either of us.
He said he had already started working on the designs and that he can send proof the same day. Today is 16th and I have yet received anything from him.

Based on him ignoring me, as well as saying "You will have to find next designer, I don't really have time to complain and argue with you", I assumed our deal were off.
But then the next day he acts like I did not ask for this to be cancelled, or even inform him that I'm looking to work with someone else, as he didn't start working on the designs.
To this, he stands firm that he as started working on the designs and uses our ETA to his advantage that I need to fulfill the deal - But he has yet been able to show me an preview of the design that he started working on.

I am currently waiting for a 3-day delivery design from this guy, getting messages like the following:
"What is your timezone?"
"Gonna send today if not I refund"
"Imgur or Imgbb?"

Nonetheless, I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for the design :/
Only lies and false promises.

What a waste of talent :/

It's very easy to tell that these messages are only to buy more time from you. He is fully aware that no one cares about having the designs uploaded to imgur or imgbb.
Very waste of good talent, he actually makes great designs, but the fact that he takes on all projects and then can't deliver one of them in time makes it completely not worth it.

Haha, I’ve been waiting for over a month for him. I’ve actually given up. The guys is really good at giving false promises and not doing any work. He has put more effort in the hook he wrote me to reel me in and pay than the actual work he has done on my designs. I just messaged him to finish the 3/4 parts and he said it will take him an hour yet I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks… LOL

If anyone know any other thread designer that’s fast let me know.
