Considering Equipment Prices that inflated 4x Than the original then no it's not profitable
your ROI will be 8-10 Months ( if Btc didn't crash on those months to come )

i live in a country where we don't pay electricity, and yes, it is profitable, extremely profitable i'd say. The issue is what the others told you, the ROI for the equipment. If you are able to buy some ASIC miners for a good price, you are golden.
