Supreme Looking for someone to code me a Text Filter Tool

I'm looking for a tool where I can import BIG combo files and then the tool will export all combos by domains (like .co.uk / .com / .nl / .ca etc.)
I know there's a few free tools out there but none of them work for very big files, are slow or only have limited filters.
