Report can be fake too many guys do fake reporting too... When mods taken actions on threads it shows Warned if they are warned..

even if it comes "Reported" how people know for what reason it is reported ?

I think it could be a good idea, and if the report tag will be removed once the report is solved by mods/smods.

So if it's fake report, tag removed
