Okay guys i saw this guy selling heztner accs for 15$ with him vouched by a reputed member for the rdp service 
So I contacted Him.....

I asked him to send me a message on my profile on this forum and he sent

Then I sent him 15$ For the heztner

Then He sent me the credentials

I contacted him on how to installing windows and he says he doesn't know
Then after some time when i logged in the account was disabled

He hadn't replied from 6 hours
I gave him 12 hours more to fix this
But no contact from him

Now When I checked the login credntials it was showing invalid credntials

He changed it most probably after selling it to me and from that time he is offline
 
Additional Information: 
It's All Clear from the screenshots provided what he did and it's 18 hours almost he didn't reply
So either fix this or send me a full refund
I didn't even make a server i was searching for tutorials on installing windows 
And then found out that account has been disabled
And now when i login the credentials are invalid
( He changed them mostly intentionally)
Should have  never bought from grey plebs : (
