EDIT: Do not have enough funds on paypal, either wait for 50 USD or nothing. I cant do much man. @Cheshire I would love to resolve this as soon as my coinbase account is back. (Probs take a week) Its completely up to you if you want the 50 USD or not. I would reccomend waiting for coinbase to reply, if not i do not mind getting banned.
