Additional Information: The buyer refuses to offer a refund when they didn't put any specifications, in the screenshots they put the specifications after I exposed that they won't do a refund because they didn't add details to what I will be getting,
The 3 x Rdps were delivered a 1 hour later logged into one of them found out it was server 2012, and I cannot use 2012 Servers as they don't work with Sickify, I had an opened Ticket with DJR Server regarding Memory leakage issue that the RDPs of 2012 will go very high causing the software to go to 0 cpm "The proxies are working, tested different premium providers 3 of them" I can tag DJR regarding this issue but I don't have to...

Also the Seller stated that he could install Server 2019 but all the servers in the same panel will have a very bad cpu usage, while the day before I buy his product I asked if every server on a separated different panel, he explained that it is, then today explains he cannot install 2019 because of this issue.
that means also it will cause issues to all the servers in the same panels, which means he also lied about servers being on different panels.

If the seller can't install other servers than 2012, and refuses to refund for that issue, and also giving excuses, I don't think i can continue, btw they also do not have rules for refund on their discord too...
They also edited they can only install server 2012 and nothing else after I asked for a refund right away.

Hans69Manager doesn't own the Discord server, he doesn't have the ability to make you the RDP, nor does he have access to tickets. He advertised the shop/discord server on behalf of the owners Endomorphism and VersaceGuy. Both of these owners do not use forums. Since Hans69Manager has nothing to do with your sale, I'm writing on behalf of the owners.

Let's start here, you bought 4 or 5 servers from the Owners. First you were thinking to buy them, you told them to wait all day because you were busy. Understandable. In this first screenshot, you were talking about a deal with him but you had questions about his offer because you thought it would stop midway through the month and you also thought that you were going to lose your data. Everyone knows before you purchase something, you can always ask questions. You complained that the RDP was Windows Server 2012 after the purchase, but never asked questions related to that before you purchased the RDP. In this screenshot, you tell one of the owners to prepare you 3 RDP servers and to send his BTC address. https://imgur.com/a/x9TfqSd. He even made sure you didn't send the wrong amount and did the math for you, and then told you to make a ticket on the Discord. After your purchase, you complained about the RDP server being on 2012. You wanted and asked him to change the server to 2019. You started asking for a refund because he couldn't provide Server 2012 and Server 2019. He said no because it costs him money to run these servers for people and asked you to use another program since it wasn't working. You also asked to specify next time what RDP Windows server they had. They DON'T need to specify every single thing for you. Since you complained about the Server 2012, the owner asked you to download Server 2019 on VirtualBox because your program wasn't working. You started getting angry and told the Owner to add specifications to the RDP sale post when you could've just asked those questions yourself. You threatened to make a scam report on here because your program wasn't working and he wasn't giving you a refund, but the servers was working fine and great. You're literally wasting Staff's time with this post, you could've handled this privately and moved on about your day. And there was absolutely no reason to make this scam report because he didn't even scam you, you paid for the servers, they worked, you were able to login. There's no "scam" about this. Also, I'm showing everything in these screenshots, there's nothing to hide. Everything was explained with detailed information. By the way, I wanna see your response to this, because you couldn't even defend your self when I commented about the situation and you blocked me on Discord. Also, get educated and learn how to purchase things. You ask questions before purchasing something, people don't need to specify every single thing on their sale post.

You know it is against the rules to reply in someone else's report scam, you should've asked the Administrators first before typing your reply,
The screenshots I also provided was lying about the Server in separated panels, and the other owner saying the rules are opened "Changing words after asking for a refund" that's pretty much legit you didn't even mention.
Btw you didn't ask the Administrators here to reply and before he even ask you to reply or trying to mention or know the real owners, I'm still gonna wait the Administrator reply on this matter.
In my opinion if the Real sellers aren't in the c.to forum the service shouldn't advertised there as this is an easy way to quit scam without blaming anyone and everyone get away with it and you just can advertise another service with the same manipulation method.
It is up to Administrators to decide now, Good luck in the scam report.

Lawn received the 3 rdps and they will still be active full month he didn't specify his needs before buying the Rdps he's asking for a refund just because his spotify program doesn't work in RDP and he's saying it's because of windows 2012 we already explained to him that we have a problem with CPU parking in windows 2019 and everyone know by default that we sell in the server only windows 2012 most of our customers choose windows 2012 i don't know why you're calling it a scam while you got what you asked for with no further details you didn't specify that you want to use that program before buying the RDP your rdps are still active and they will be active for a full month we didn't scam you and we tried to help you out with the problem but you declined any kind of help and you started calling us scammers you received what you asked.

Hello i wanna talk too since i'm not so active in this forum but i do own the RDP server so basically this guy bought something from us and he didn't ask if his program works in it and it cost us money when we remove RDPs just wanted to state that. 

if he asked us before buying if his spotify program actually work in RDP we would make one and test it for him he just bought and after he complains about his program not working by the way many of our customers are cracking spotify and RDP is working fine with it

Didn't decline any kind of help, all the help that was offered already tested with the software coder himself didn't work, that's regarding the server 2012 performance for this software specifically, yet you said again you can install 2019
2nd, you did mention that the RDPs are on separated panels, then later after i purchased you changed the words by all the RDPs are on the same panel, that also will make anyone think before they buy because if 1 rdp of any customer gets banned, we are all gonna get banned.
3rd, The admin of the discord specified the rules aren't real he wrote it on the discord chat "another method to lure more buyers, then changing the words of the rules on his rules channel to everything is allowed.".
4th It is still in my opinion and that's not a forum rule I don't know how they work it around here, If the 2 members aren't c.to users and they don't want to pay for Supreme to advertise like I did and build up to their business, their business shouldn't be advertised on the forum as that is the easiest way to skip scam without anyone being blamed.

No exitscam we are not going to scam anyone and your RDPS will stay working for 30days that's what you paid for
Stop changing the subject we're not talking about rules of RDP service or panels no one is going to be banned we just add rules in disc server so our customers try to avoid weird stuffs as we all know that the main RDP usage is for cracking.
I can pay for supreme it's just that we want to coop with Hans69manager since he has reputation and he fully trust us that's the main purpose.

This scam report is way too far from being a scam at first we delivered your RDPs now you can do whatever you want with them till the end of the 30 days you paid for
