Additional Info:
I bought 2 of his accounts for use on real and virtual machines; And I told him a fixed IP address, I initially bought 1 machine and used it for a while, but it was not stable. During the time I use, I have to copy to use to another device. Then I saw the error of not updating my configuration and I mentioned to him buying an additional account for convenience, and he sold me the second account. This account I originally logged in. used, but then it crashed on both accounts.

Please excuse him as he is a little slow. I will go ahead and respond to this as I have been trying to get this user out of my hair for days now.

Basically this user bought Lifetime access to my config repo. In my terms of service it clearly states Each subscription is only allowed to be used from one IP address. In the beginning of the repo I had very lax security as I was still in testing stages to see how things would work out. Upon looking at access from different accounts I've noticed people using their API credentials on more than one device including this user who had connections to 5+ devices. So after a recent security update only IP address's that are added to the whitelist can access the config repo. He was aware of this and even bought a 2 device authorization for less than half off of another Lifetime subscription so now the user has 2 devices authorized in the server. 

A while later he hits me up saying 1 device is giving him an error code. We go back and forth for a complete 24 hours just to find out he sent me the wrong IP address. Now that we have that working all of a sudden the other one doesnt work. So we go back and forth trying to figure something out but I am seeing no traffic coming from his IP address, there are no automatic block outs or anything so I tell him their is nothing wrong on my side its on the client side. He continues to argue with me that he wants a refund but I showed him video proof that his exact details are working just fine as well as the config repo is up and running fine with new customers subscribing every day without an issue. The only issue here is that the user was abusing the T.O.S and probly even reselling his access and now he is no longer able to do it. I ask any staff to send me a DM and I will supply his account details to show you that EVERYTHING is working as it should on my side and his request for a refund be denied as there is no grounds for a refund. 


I was nice and let him keep his lifetime subscription even though he clearly violated my T.O.S which states any violation is grounds for termination without refund which he agreed to upon purchasing. Thank you for your time. I look forward to handling this ASAP.

As I mentioned I will gladly send login credentials to an admin to show the repo is working fine...I also invite anyone to join my discord group and ask the almost 30+ Lifetime customers I have if they are experiencing the same issue. I can guarantee they are not. The issue is on the clients side so I dont see why he thinks he deserves a refund especially after WEEKS of using my service. Now that I limit the number of devices he wants to call me a scammer. Im sorry you were reselling access to the config repo and you no longer can.

Please justify "faulty" service and where the faulty service is...both accounts working fine as I showed you in this video I sent you.

Also, you basically just admitted you've been using my "faulty" service just fine and violating my terms of service. If the first account works why wouldn't the second work?

The second account is inactive, the video you provided is the 1st account. In my opinion, the account must be easy to use on support machines, you blame my machine for not receiving your configuration then I disagree.
