Supreme Setting up an account for 2 users where need auth from both users to change info

Anyone have any ideas on how to setup an account for example on a web hosting service where we can have 1 login for 2 users, where each user has their phone added similar to 2FA so they can't change password etc without both users codes/aproval?

Looking to set this up for myself and my business partner so there is absolutely no way either of us can change credentials and run off with the code/server etc

Even any links with some explanations/guides will be helpful!

If your partner can access the server, he can just steal the code and run off still...

Adding that "method" of 2FA wont help in anything

Not particularly worried about them running off with the code per se, more so locking out of the host account. I do understand he will have access to the code, which we will share access to
