I think this has already been suggested before but seriously how isn't this a thing already?
I think people don't realize how important it is to keep the forum clean of bad content, users should be expected to help the mods clean up.
If you think that people spamming reports is a problem,no problem, if a user gets X amount of incorrect/wrong reports in Y amount of time (could be 5 incorrect reports withing 24 hours), they get a cooldown of maybe 3 days before they can report again.
Let me know what you guys think.
