OP 01 May, 2022 - 12:00 AM
Suggestion:
1) Keep a sticky on Support and Bugs for active development work that might effect forum functionality and bugs that @J_S / dev team are aware of and working on (or in queue to be worked on).
2) Solve any threads for confirmed bugs that are mentioned in (1), or alternatively move to an "in progress" sub-forum similar to "solved".
Reasoning:
* Provides feedback to users that their issues have been seen by staff and that somebody is working on it.
* Provides greater visibility into what developers are working on.
* It should reduce the number of reported bugs if people know a similar issue has already been reported and is in the work queue.
* It doesn't cost anything and doesn't require anything to be developed to implement. Any effort to maintain should be minimal.
