Supreme how to use phone number from other country?

Hi, so recently I have ran into a problem where I need a US number while I live in Germany.
I do not need it to be a SIM card, more like a virtual number where people can leave me a message and then I can read/play all the messages on my pc for example.

Does anything like that exist?
If so could you pls send some website where to buy?

Not on PC, but on your phone you could try phone apps like 2number (that's what I use) or Viber.

Eg. When someone is calling me normally (not from viber) I can pick it up on Viber?

Yep, everyone who calls you or messages you, for them it will be a normal call, but you will see the call in Viber. Read about Viber Local Numbers, you will find more information than I know ^^
