This guy scammed me and i am really angry

so i saw this guys's shoppy on a discord server and wanted to buy from him, so i bought the service and it said to conatct him so i did. but he said he needs time, i waited for 2 days and he blocekd me and scammed me
But when i posted the truth and negative feedback on his shoppy, he told me that he has my ip adress and will harm me aur dosa attack me, so i changed the feedback.
