All you gotta do is flash your beam light at the stoplight and it should turn green!
The reason it works is because the traffic lights have a detector for when a police car is coming and is in a rush to get somewhere.
CAUTION: It might not work on all lights. ALSO if the light does turn green, make sure there are no cars passing just incase they dont see the red light on time.
