As the title says, I'm looking for 8.000 (8K) HQ instagram followers, and I need them to be drip-fed over two months, (around 1k per week would be perfect).

Can't you just buy them? There are a lot of sites out there to do that. If you want exactly 1000 followers a week I could make a python script for you that will will randomize the number of followers you should buy per day in a week (like it'lll generate 7 numberrs, which add up to 1000 and you can buy that number of followers every day, it takes about 5 minutes)
But maybe these sites provide a way to drip-feed your followers too, idk
