Only possible way I can think of is buying more GCs and converting them to BTC then selling BTC for paypal with atleast 10% rate because when converting from GCs to BTC it will cost you. Use sites such as Paxful for GCs to BTC and try buy known giftcards to find more exchangers. Good Luck!
