Waking up early or sleeping late?

do you guys sleep late or wake up early?

last night I slept around 10 and got up at 6 but usually, I stay up until 4 am. I honestly feel like it's better to wake up earlier.  :pupper:

I go to sleep at 8 am. Wake up to work at 1pm, get out of work at 10pm. Stay at my PC and do random stuff until 7am

It's a lot healthier to go to sleep earlier, but since it's the 21st century everyone does what they want
