Warning levels

hello who ever is reading this, so i have recently received a warning for being a leecher, i was a bit confused as other forums that i come from define leechers as people who dont like and show support to people and only use their posts, i just read the rules of cracked.to and now understand them. so now i have a warning level of 50% and was wondering if there is any way to decrease it, i will start posting accounts and some combo lists, so i just want to know if my warning level will permanently be 50% or higher. thanks in advance
