Watch out for BTC - Clipper / Clipboard Hijackers, Don't lose your BITCOINS !!!

This happened to me on October 11, and luckily I lost only 35 Euro and have learned the lesson by the way.




I wanted to upgrade to Cracked Infinity

So I copied the BTC address above from sellix and pasted it in my electrum wallet
entered the amount 0.00071584  and Hit Send the BTC

Waited for all the confirmations to go through about 2 hours, after payment
was complete I went to check to sellix but the timer was still running and
the system didn't notice any payment. So I went to check the transaction details in my
electrum wallet I checked the BTC address and instead of this address 3EzujPXsx4R3gWFrxYp5aQh3RVmehYhDQq
I see different address 3GvSevN4pTrQrBY9PhEwozRPh5uPsL8jUZ

BTC LOST

So now I know my pc was infected with Clipboard Hijacking malware

Make sure you Double check when copying and pasting BTC addresses or you may lose a lot more than I did.

also happened to me, just as I thought that if i were to ever run malicious code on a rdp i'd be fine, no because the bitcoin clipper also effected what was copied for my actual pc.

would have fixed if I reset my rdp or it wouldn't have effected me if i closed it, but I lost $40 before i could know.
