Hey , I was just wondering what is the best way " I " could learn programming from

I have seen people saying that online courses are Bullshit and not effective
others said that Reading books and studying is the best way
and others said that messing up with the code will make u an expert ( I can't understand actually this way )


so , I would just love to take an advice from the coders and programmers here
about ur experience in Learning Programming and what did u do to learn
and how would u rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 10
