What should i do with my life, just found out i lost a kid with someone and they kept it a secret from me for a year, and was already going through a shit time and this was dropped on me, and being suicidal and having a real unstable mental health doesnt help either, any suggestions on what i could do?

What Unicorn said. Get some mental assistance from someone certified. Try doing stuff that you enjoy. Anything that can take your mind off of the bad emotions is good enough.
