Why is people saying "Can you post vouch for me please" ?

What's up fellas. today i was having concern. users are saying "Can you post vouch for me" after i've bought these products.
But my concern is, they tried to convince me to post vouches of their sales. it is very annoying isn't it?
They are always saying things like that

I think it's common courtesy to post a vouch or a review of the product you've purchased.
This way other users can get a better sense if the product is worth it, and the seller will also benefit from it.

It doesn't have to be a long review or anything. A single line will most of the times do the trick.
