Cashapp litterally fukd me and i do not know why. they closed my account and i had 2 orders that were going to be refunded one $250(nike) and the other $180(bestbuy) , the refunds were already proccessing but now i will not be able to get them because they disabled sending and receiving. Also, the card i had linked which was a venmo card will not allow me to link it to another account i just made? Im assuming they do not accept venmo cards but that dosent explain how i was able to add it to my first account. I beleive the best buy refund may have been deposited to my cashapp because i just received a email sating that my account is in negative balance, so i go to check the cashapp and its at -$181 which is how much the best buy order is, so they just took the money i was supposed to receive from bestbuy? this fugging sucks. Does anyone know a prepaid debit card that can be used to link to cashapp? Im down so bad right now :{
