I don’t think there would be a way manually. Write a script or get one written for you. There are scripts to delete dms so there is definitely ways to do this.

Yeah any functionality of Discord you can perform manually can also be performed by custom Javascripts. I'm sure there's a discord script tutorial to get you started, and if you have trouble or find something confusing, then you can ask about a specific part.

Also note that scripting non-bot accounts goes against their TOS so you do run the risk of getting banned if your script is too noisy.
