discord uses an executable file called update.exe to start discord with a couple different arguments

step 1:
Download Dnspy
## Dnspy is an assembly editor
step 2:
open Dnspy and drag update.exe into it
right click update.exe on the left side (orange not purple)
click "Go To Entry Point"
step 3:
right click on the code you can see and click "Edit Method"
make sure its edit method or itll just spit out a bunch of code errors L for discord tbh.
step 4:
PASTE YOUR SHITTY CODE
step 5:
write a program to delete update.exe from the path and replace it with your infected file.
