Additional Information: so this guy is a config maker and he works with one more guy and they both own a server . so after seeing their server and their vouches , i decided to buy one psn config from them , i created ticket in their server so maximum chat was there which got banned recently . eclipse told me that he is almost done with config and said i need to pay to make sure i aint wasting his time . after confirming all things , i paid him 200$ out of 220$ and told him that i will pay rest when config is ready . after paying him he just went offline and ignoring me since them . daily tell me hes working on the config and its almost 1 month since i paid him . after this much time waste i demanded refund and this guy said he spent all money and he dont have money now .
