Pretty sure that it is botted. If you take a look at the site you will notice that they don't charge transaction fees. Not that hard to create & buy a lot of 0.01$ products with a bot...

i wish i could've came across this thread before spending money on this shop. I paid 25usd for amazon giftcard but never received it.
