Good infosec analysts, red teamers, pentesters, are in very high demand, people in the area are being hired, one of my friends was hired and the company told him to go to uni for 4 years and they would pay him while going to uni aswell. It shows how much in demand it is because if they are willing to invest 50k+$ before the guy even starts working, that shows a lot on how desperate they are. 

Its hard, but very fun and rewarding to have a job in cybersecurity, especially if you know ur shit ;)

The thing that's there's no barrier at all, i think I didn't really understand what should i learn about it, YouTube is full of videos that all serve marketing
