Need a skill to learn, & why i QUIT e-commerce

Looking for a real skill

Trust me it will be considered a real skill in the future. If you really know how to creatively use AI for your benefit you will be making more than people with a skill like Web development

The thing that's there's no barrier at all, i think I didn't really understand what should i learn about it, YouTube is full of videos that all serve marketing

To get started I will recommend selling a skill and using ChatGPT to make the work easier for you. For example, selling an e-commerce market research gig on Fiverr and using ChatGPT to write the research report.

In the last 3 years i made good money with e-commerce, but when my products stopped selling i found out that I don't have any skill (craft) to sell, i noticed that e-commerce won't get me far, it's good as a side hustle but i shouldn't be dependent on it, so i temporary quit and now i want to learn a skill that could be my primary source of income in the future  no matter what time it takes, here's what i considered and need your help to choose :
 
1- Web development 
2- cyber security
3- video editing
4- feel free to suggest me anything please 
Something that has the least hype around it and in demand would be the best for sure,

for web development: freecodecamp or the odin project 
for cyber security hack the box is wayyy tooo good to miss
you'll need to learn both as if you wanna make good websites you would to know how hackers think to avoid getting hacked
you'll also need to learn UX
