5: Is wiping all of my hard drives required?

Answer: Yes, that is the best and safest way for me to access your computer remotely IF you are a MANUAL customer.

7 : Will this service deactivate my windows?
Answer : Yes, everything that is traced will be removed including your windows key. I will reactivate windows for you, no additional cost.

8 : What verison of the Windows is being reinstalled?
Answer : You need to install a CLEAN version of windows, directly from the site. Use the Media Creation Tool.

9 : If I decide to cheat again and get banned, can I get a free service?
Answer : No, we are NOT responsible for anything that happens after the initial service. If you get banned again, you will need to rebuy. I WILL provide a existing customer discount.
