Anyone else get depressed as fuck into the night?

Well, i don't know what it is to be depressed! I'am pretty young, I have an amazing life, but some nights, i feel stressed, anxious without reason and also sad! I start crying without reason! I think about the death of some member of my family, how mife would be without them, or what will happen if i do shit in my life! And i still don't know why!

Nope, but I do get something similar. I get depressed and have no feeling when I get very sleepy, but I'm still able to fall asleep. There are many things that could be causing your sleep issue. Lack of exercise, bad diet, and erratic sleeping pattern are common culprits. Pick a time to go to sleep, then go to sleep at that time every night. Most people need around 8 hours of sleep, so ideally you want to be in bed for around 9 hours. Make sure you're getting in enough protein and carbs throughout the day. Do some weekly exercise, around 150 minutes a week. All of this will give you more energy throughout the day and allow you to sleep better at night. If you use caffeine or nicotine, those could also be issues.
