if that logic was true we all wouldn't even be here, mistakes happen, devs fuck up and do a lazy job or management doesn't know what they are doing..., this shit is what allows this whole market to function

there are probably some sites that didnt configure their payment system properly, like in the old days when some shops used to get ripped by the RBF mechanism, although it would be hard to find such cases today, if you find a juicy one you may be able to milk something out
