No, moderation is an important part of enforcing rules and proper moderation for forum. Just enhance actual punishments or improve leechometer to do his actual job (Mute people if spam detected, auto-delete sellers threads if posted in shoutbox instead of marketplace, etc)

I almsot entirely agree with this statement, I'm not saying moderation should be completly removed, in fact i ask for making moderation more strict by banning forum wide which will result in users braking the rules less than they do at the moment.
