How does someone have the same name? i see no difference with the fake and real beside the pfp and stuff

They're using special letters from other languages, russian etc.
So they can copy another "o" and replace it with the original one, for example.

@Simpple that's wrong, Discord doesnt delete those nor change them, it's as explained above a special letter which looks like the same or they use a space with 0 width which is also possible.
