I fear more not doing anything to succeed. For me, failure is part of journey and has to end when sumum bonum has reached. I feel happy when I did the job right but always give me more confidence how I made it until the very end.

I notice some people are afraid of failing while others seem afraid of succeeding? Can someone fear both— something keeping your life mediocre?

Well everyone is afraid of failing mostly. For me I fear the thought of not attempting.

Failure or Success doesn't matter. Either you make it or learn from your failures and apply those experiences to your next venture.
