I have been suffering  with depression for like 5 years now.  And it's has been hell. 
But now FINALLY i have gotten som real help from an skilled doctor.
But depression ain't fun, And I Don't see why people want to be depressed since it has become a trend.

Always remember that you are loved and don’t be sad. There is always happiness you can achieve, help others and it will help you.
I’m saying this out of experience.
If you see someone sad, cheer them up because then you will also feel happy.
