I'm 20 years old and I am looking to buy my first house in about a year. I also really need a car please let me know what I should do. A house is a good investment because I could rent it out and earn money from people renting it. Thank you and stay safe yall

Dude, this is a no-brainer. Answer is always that you should buy a house, car is a waste of money and these lose their value over time where a house *increases* in value. Of course you need to take care of it, but same applies to a car ;)

transportation is important for getting jobs so it depends on your situation. If your talking about buying a new car just because you want to, or investing in a house though, I agree.

you should buy a house i fucked up when i was young and bought a car and now the bank took it im working on my credit and trying for a house but if you can suffer for about a year shit even bike to where you need to go .. is a car really that needed to what you are doing?

houses have maintenance fees too though, repairs, taxes, utilities. its a much bigger decision.
