Additional Information: all was good i gave my btc addy and he said he paid. he sent a fake ss and a fake transection link. i didnt notice that.
now he is saying i am the scammer not him.

It's funny because u confirmed all was ok and i told u to go in wallet and check it :) I don't paid with a lot fee, i paid with the first one i see (0.82$) I will don't refund nothing bcs u are idiot and trying scam me after i told u the config doesn't work with ipvanish: here's all our conversations: https://imgur.com/a/IeywoSG
