I have a cracked Uplay acc and want to change the password but the email is verified and i cant do it , is there a way do it ?

A silly suggestion that you probably already tried but: did you check if the email password is the same as the uplay account? Sometimes its the same or used to be the same and the guy changed it (in which case you might be able to use the "Forgotten password" procedure).

Try to use mail access combos so you will be able to change all the details.
