Invest them. Make proper research on stocks or cryptos and invest your money. Cash is trash. You got constant inflation for fiat currencies and the interest rates that banks pay you are a joke. If you don't want to invest your usd you can also just convert your money into a stable coin, atleast you won't have your money lose value that way.
