Totally understand as those words appear to me almost daily accompanied by blind panic.
Life is definitely about changes and movement. So I agree, try new things, switch up whats not working. I know after I got clean I had a crazy episode being shut in, there is literally only so many episodes of SVU a person can watch before they reach the brink of insanity. So I started going out more, walks, making beats, listening to music, attending local events I ordinarily would have never participated in. I don't know, it seems to help.
Go out and soak up some vitamin D and try something outside your comfort zone.

Actually, you are not alone, my friend. Many , many people like you asked yourself about sense of life. When some of them sought  the God with all of their hearts , then they found purpose , sense and things that anyone can`t buy on this planet.
