So I ordered an ASUS laptop a few months ago and refunded it.
Fast-forward to today and my motherboard is fucked BUT I called Asus and they said it's still under warranty and they can repair it for free.
The problem is: during the call with Asus they asked if I tried to return it and I just said "no" (I'm assuming they could see the chat where it was refunded because they were also aware of the fact that I bought it on Bestbuy). They then continued like they didn't just find out what I was trying to do.
Somehow, I managed to get them to send me a FedX label and an RMA number (to track the repair progress).
I'm just wondering now if I should send it to get fixed or not considering the fact that they were a
little suspicios during the call.
If I do send it to get fixed, should I try to FTID it AGAIN?
ps. I have used my real name and address the ENTIRE time.
