When I was younger a lot of aggression problems and no one was important to me just me
Weed made me stop and think about things
My aggression is less because of it and I am easier to deal with

Just go out man and do uncomfortable things and see after a few moments after you have done it nobody cares, life keeps going everybody has its own problems.Just go out man and challenge yourself man , you can do this man come on , come on man , I know you can  InshaAllah

There's some stuff called Phenibut (a natural amino acid similar to GABA) and it works wonders.
Kills anxiety and gives you a super confidence/mood boost.
It's available over the counter in the US but only as prescription in some countries.
You can read up up about it online.
It can be slightly habit forming (it's fun) so don't recommend taking it more than a few consecutive days or a week or two at the most.
If you take it for long periods you have to take more and more to get the same effect and when you stop you might have a bit of a grumpy mood and trouble sleeping for a few days.
..it's more for special occasions like job interview where you need to exude confidence or maybe a first date etc. Be careful if you drink though because when you take Phenibut 1 beer feels more like 3 beers and you will get drunk very fast.
