Best way to avoid anxiety on Sundays?

Most Sundays now I feel myself stressing out and getting anxiety about the upcoming work week. 

It feels impending sometimes. 

What do y'all do to relax or ease this stress?

I just listen to Jake Hill, Eminem, etc. Mostly music that I enjoy, hyped music to get me adrenaline.

I'd recommend going out, maybe with some friends maybe with some friends. Get stuck into an activity which requires other people and you'll soon overcome worries (temporarily, they'll reappear the morning afterwards as per usual).
