[font]try to get a bank loan and open a little restaurant and give jobs to ex prisoners like you can go to jails and do a working program just don't hire guys with very bad criminal record (mass murder , killing by proxy , etc) best idea ever fr you can give the a small pay for like the first 2 months and if you see that they do good work they will get a raise try getting guys that tried to deal drugs (best females because some of the male ex prisoners go back to prison in the first 1-2 years ) go to the female prisons the ones with the lowest security and do a job fair it will work amazing because girls have children at home and need a stable place and try to treat them like real persons not pieces of shit you can work with them so you will be a boss that works and yeah thats all is a perfect idea if you know how to do it .[/font]
