It will not happen, because if you want this to happen you have to please every single user that has heaven rank, because there are some heaven rank users that don't want to grind anymore, if you take heaven rank away from them that easily + tell them to start grinding again, most of them will either get furious or leave the community.
Instead of enhancing the current ranks, they should add something new to grind for.

I know @KSZ doesnt want to make a new role, thats why I have a new suggestion:

Update the requirements for the ranks so there is something to keep grinding for and also I think having Heaven should be something special,
my suggestion is, you need to have atleast: 13k Likes, 1k Rep and 30k Shouts in sb in order to be eligible for Heaven rank.
