This checker targets Insider accounts that let you change tracking status unlimited times for any trackings.

This Panel is perfect for AMAZON.ES refunds (one of the few methods working as they don't give labels anymore) and there's a chance for auto on scan refund

Theres plenty of other stores such as ASOS, ZALANDO, GYMSHARK, ALIEXPRESS, DECATHLON, EL CORTE INGLES, FNAC, LEFTIES, STRADIVARIUS, ZARA that also use CELERITAS to return their orders. Therefore, these stores work perfectly with this panel. Not many people have this panel so it might not be patched that soon like others.

Perfect if you desire to open a scan service or if you already have one!

Keep in mind that you really need targeted combos to use on this checker, the panel doesn't ban proxies that often but good one would surely bring better results.
