i don't think you can lose motivation if you make real money out of it, if you are making nothing then change to something that get more interest.

Just think about how much money you would lose if you were to drop your business or take less care of it, would it be worth? If you really feel tired then hire someone to do the work for you, pay him a % or fixed amount and then earn passively and maybe focus on starting some other business that you like
